Highlighted as ‘Ones to Watch’ by BBC Introducing following the success of their ‘Journey to
the Sun’ EP release in 2025, UK Progressive metal act Vanitas return in 2026 with their
heaviest single yet ‘Nobody’. Nobody is a fierce feminine rage anthem, written about vocalist
Jade’s experiences as a woman in the music industry; a cathartic and brutally heavy
progressive metal track combined with cinematic symphonic elements and bouncy djent riffs.
Nobody is set for release on Friday 20th February alongside a hometown headline show at
Scruffy Murphy’s, Birmingham accompanied by an exclusive music video premiere event to
celebrate this release.
