Renowned for their unrelenting energy and emotionally charged performances, VIRTUE IN VAIN have carved out a fierce reputation across the UK’s heavy music scene. Their blistering live shows and thoughtful songwriting continue to captivate audiences, while each release tells a deeper story rooted in the struggles of the human condition.

The band are now poised to complete a compelling trilogy of releases. It began with For All You Know Is The Mask I Wore, a meditation on identity loss. This was followed by Dusk // Dawn, which depicts a chaotic scenario of the worst possibly night one could have. Now comes the final chapter, Nothing Is All I Am—a raw and reflective journey about picking up the pieces and rebuilding a fractured mind. “Each track represents different emotions,” the band explains, “from panic attacks and unrelenting anger to catastrophising, and the torment of replaying your failings—this EP delves deep into the depths of pessimism.”

Musically, the EP is a relentless force. A barrage of burly riffs, jackhammer drums, and full-frontal guttural vocals drives the record forward with blistering intensity. From start to finish, Nothing Is All I Am stands as a complete and cohesive body of work—emotive, powerful, and above all, absolutely captivating.

EP Track listing:
